Check-in / Check-out
The rooms and Junior Suites are available starting from 12:00 noon. On the day of departure, check out time is 10:00 am.
Reservations
The rooms are confirmed after the receipt of the deposit.
The payment of the 20% deposit to the Hotel Rosa Alpina is accepted by bank transfer with the following details:

Made out to Bottamedi Iva C. s.a.s. with subject line: deposit for stay (family name and first name of guest)
Terms of payment
For payment directly to the hotel the following methods are accepted: cash / debit / check / credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
Cancellation policies
Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival are free of charge. In the periods Natale, Capodanno and Ferragosto, cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. In case of change or cancellation within 7 or 14 days before arrival (depending on the period), your deposit will be retained at 30% of the total amount. Or you have the possibility, after agreement with the hotel, to get it ack on alternative dates. In case of no-show, early departure or changes of the arrival date, the full amount will be charged.
Cancellation insurance
